When
should I arrive for my appointment?
For your first appointment at the spa, please arrive 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to change and familiarize yourself with our facility. We recommend you shower and begin to relax with a steam or sauna before your treatment.
In case of late arrivals, the treatment duration will be reduced accordingly, unless accommodation can be made within the schedule.
Cancellations
4 Hours advance notice is required for cancellation, after which 50% of the treatments will be charged. We will, however, assist in rescheduling your appointments where possible.
What should I bring?
A bathing suit/bikini is recommended for all wet areas (pool, sauna and steam rooms). Robes and towels are supplied on arrival at the spa.
Can I ask the therapist to adjust certain things to increase my comfort?
Definitely - It is your time and you should enjoy the experience to the maximum. For example, ask for the massage pressure to be adjusted, or for your favourite aroma blend.
What if I have special health considerations?
When booking your appointment, please be sure to notify the therapist if you have high blood pressure, suffer any allergies (eg, Iodine), or if you are pregnant. If you have any concerns at all, please ask.
Do you have treatments for both women and men?
Couples or friends can enjoy their spa experience together in our unique Couple Suite. All spa treatments are suitable for both men and women.
Relaxation Area
Between and after your treatments, relax in
and around the pool, drink a lot of water
throughout the day. Most of all, take some
time out to take care of yourself - you are
bound to return home refreshed and revitalized.
